Stop Kiss tells the story of two women brought together by friendship,
and kept alive by love. When two heterosexual friends become
sexually attracted to each other, and display their affection for each
other for the first time in a public park, their homosexual act provokes
a disturbed onlooker to violently attack the women, changing their
lives forever.
Stop Kiss brilliantly captures the deepest of human
emotions: love, fear, longing, guilt, and pain. It is a story about
discovering ones identity and suddenly having it forced to compete
with public discrimination and interrogation. Through the build up of
events and the difficult aftermath, Diana Son's
Stop Kiss shows us
the strength it takes to overcome vulnerability and commit to
ourselves.
